We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price confirmed at checkout is the price you will be charged. We will not dispatch goods until payment has been successfully processed.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the postal or courier service used.
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us so we can investigate.
Medicines will be packaged discreetly and securely in accordance with pharmaceutical standards.

Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for medicines, in accordance with the Medicines Act 1968 and standard pharmacy practice. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of a faulty or incorrectly supplied product.
Consultation fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable once the consultation has been reviewed by a clinician.
